1. Returns

1.1 As this is a personalized product that is created by contract between the client and the website just after the order is confirmed unfortunately no returns are possible as it's not possible to be cancelled once is processed and granted.

2. Refunds

2.1 As you may see here there are some specific kind of online purchases, like the ones you can get from this website, that can not be always cancelled and refunded and it all may depend on the status of the order when we receive the cancellation request.

2.2 Not Applicable 14 day cooling off period

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

The 14-day cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exemptions are:

● plane and train tickets, as well as concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates

● goods and drinks delivered to you by regular delivery – for example delivery by a milkman

● goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit or immigration documents

● sealed audio, video or computer software, such as DVDs, which you have unsealed upon receipt

● online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it and you agreed that you would lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance

● goods bought from a private individual rather than a company

● urgent repairs and maintenance contracts – if you call a plumber to repair a leaking shower, you can't cancel the work once you have agreed on the price of the service

2.3 Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the timeframe indicated during your application.

2.4 In case you decide to request a refund once your application has been submitted, you can perfectly apply to be considered to receive a refund of agency application service fees.

2.5 Once you confirm your order after making the payment of the fees, is understood that you confirm you want us to start the process of your eVisa as soon as possible. In case you want to cancel or withdrawn your order after making it, we can not guarantee that application is possible to be cancelled as it might be already started by our team, and you will not be able to receive any refund.

2.6 Any order that is confirmed will be started to be checked and reviewed by our team, and that is making them not available to be full refunded and only will have the chance to have the Processing Fee refund only if our team have not submitted the order to the according Immigration Authority.

2.7 Refund will not be possible when the Client finally receives the grant notification after submitting his or her application through our system. There may be Delay sometimes in the grant notification but this is depending on the final Immigration Authority. Any Delay will not make the final visa no valid.

2.8 Refund will not be possible when we confirm the user has made an order providing wrong or unaccurate required documents, not exactly the required documents, or wrong or false information that is not matching exactly with the one the passport is having.

2.9 A full refund for the withdrawn of the services will be automatically processed to any user who has made his or her application through this website in the unfortunate case of final application denial by the Government.
